6.4: March Product Update

Most of the product updates I’ve seen in March started with “it’s been a year…”, but this one is not going to be one of them. We work hard no matter the circumstances, improving our products and releasing new features.
This time, we have 2 new updates in our Review Management Tools and an announcement of a new competitor tracking ASO feature. Plus, a ton of insights from our customers for your inspiration.
Review Management Tools
Template Variables (beta)
Automation has never been more personal: we added variables to our templates, so now your replies will have the review poster’s username.

Semantic Tags 3.0
Semantic has been a huge help to everyone who wanted to get a deeper understand of reviews’ topics fast, and this month we made it even better. There are three main improvements:
- Better accuracy
- More, narrower topics. Instead of general “Monetization”, “Bugs”, “Feedback” you will see “Refund request”, “Battery”, “Device Issues”, “Security”
- Topics unification. Reviews that cover the same topic semantically will now be placed under 1 tag. For example, instead of 3 different tags “Issue”, “Troublesome”, “Doesn't work” you will see now the tag “Doesn't work” that will contain all reviews mentioning something that doesn’t work in your app.

Organic Traffic and ASO
Something exciting is coming to our keyword research! Now, you will be able to track keywords for up to 300 apps without breaking your plan’s limit for all other apps! Also, this feature will show you all the keywords these apps are indexed for to help you expand your semantic core.
It works this way:
Each plan will have your own apps and apps-competitors that are subjected to a different limit. You can add apps-competitors for tracking their keywords, comparing their performance to your across different countries, and more.
Start gathering a list of apps ASO insights of which you want to gain and stay tuned when this feature is available.
