Executive Report gets new rating

Added the new rating metric showing average rating from fresh reviews during your selected period. Tracks whether recent updates are performing well.
Simple math: 1,000 new ratings in a month gets averaged to show your trend line. Data matches rating analysis page exactly. Quick-jump buttons on every metric let you dive into rating analysis, reviews feed, or semantic analysis.
Available instantly for App Store. Google Play needs source connect since data comes from your console.
AI Auto-replies with Knowledge Base (closed beta)

Upload your FAQs, help articles, or internal docs. AI uses that product knowledge to craft responses. Available for Enterprise customers.
How it works:
- Go to reply kit, click knowledge base
- Add your knowledge base with a clear name
- Upload .txt, .pdf, .docx, .md, or .html files
- Select which apps it applies to
- Choose the knowledge base in automation rules
AI searches your documents during reply generation and applies relevant information. Each document processes in 5-30 seconds with clear status: processing, ready, or failed.
Current limits: Works for negative reviews (1-3 stars) longer than 10 characters. Short reviews don't give AI enough context to search effectively.
Reply Translation button

Added translate button in the reply box that opens Google Translate. Works for generated replies and pending approvals. Useful for checking AI replies in languages you don't speak.
AI Summary Alerts get granular

AI summary alerts now support multiple semantic tags. Choose specific tags for focused alerts, or skip tags for overall summaries.

Agent Performance AI statistics
Managers get visibility into how teams use AI. Three metrics:

AI direct replies: responses sent straight from AI without editing. Shows who trusts automation completely.
AI-assisted replies: responses where agents used AI but made edits, or used AI tools like improve or shorter on manual replies. Shows who uses AI as a productivity tool.
AI summary for agents: analyzes performance data and identifies top 3 positive and top 3 negative points. Written in plain language, it highlights contributors, improvement areas, and risks.

Managing dozens of agents means important patterns disappear into spreadsheets. AI summary surfaces what actually matters.
Smarter AI automation

AI now uses varied intros. Added stricter knowledge base rules so AI uses your uploaded docs more consistently. Support links from KB files appear automatically.
Automation Rule tracking

Hover over automation author to see which rule triggered the reply. Click to jump straight to it.
Amazon Appstore reality

September
