AppFollow v1.10: Slack, bots and more
This is is first major AppFollow release in 2016. Including full-fledged Slack integration, Slack-bot, renewed ASO Keywords functionality and one more thing.
1. Full-fledged Slack integration
We significantly improved our Slack integration. It’s that simple now to set up notifications for new reviews, new app versions, ranks or search position change. Just click on “# Add to Slack”:

Moreover, you can set up different Slack channels for different kind of notifications, e.g. reviews — into developers channel and ranks & search results positions — into marketing channel.

Following our customers requests we added settings for notifications view. E.g. hide critical warning for possible negative reviews or additional links in the review bottom.
2. Dealing with bots
Next comes our @appfollowbot we developed for those who migrated into Slack completely. With a help of this bot you can explore App Store and Google Play: learn app category ranks or search results positions, search proposals with Suggestions and what is popular at the moment in particular country with Trending Searches. And you don’t need to open either iTunes or Google Play.
AppFollow customers can start using @appfollowbot right now by adding it in their account settings:

3. ASO Keywords: searching for all apps
Before ASO Keywords search matrix was showing apps from your apps collections. Now you can see all apps from the search results and easily add those you missed before, so you can track them from now on.
By ticking appropriate setting you can now see all apps in your keywords search results email reports as well:
4. Improving working with reviews
We constantly improve reviews interface. It this release we renewed ratings and filters.
Meeting our customers numerous requests, we added reviews export to Excel. Hooray!
