TL;DR: a big release of ASO Dashboard; replying to Amazon reviews via email and helpdesks; replying to Amazon Questions; replying to Microsoft Store reviews in Zendesk; new analytics metrics in Downloads & Revenue, and more.

1. Analyze ASO performance

Now you can analyze your ASO performance in seconds. The new ASO Dashboard gives you insights into how your app update's doing without getting you lost in hundreds of keywords.

Our one-of-a-kind Visibility Score shows your app's visibility has changed. The Visibility Score and metrics for new and growing keywords give you an instant view on how your improvements are performing.

The Favorite Keywords graph only shows changes for selected keywords. That's a huge help when you're working with hundreds of search requests. The Top Gainers and Top Losers sections show the search terms that saw the biggest ranking increases and drops for your app.

The ASO Dashboard is in open beta and available to all users starting from the Advanced plan. If you want to give it a try, visit the ASO Dashboard page to request access. You'll get access within 24 hours.

2. Reply to Amazon reviews via email integration

Respond to Amazon Appstore users wherever works best for you, like the email or helpdesk service your support team is already using. For example, Intercom, Helpshift, Freshdesk, Help Scout, and others. React more quickly to critical feedback by filtering reviews by star-ratings or getting Featured reviews in a dedicated channel.

3. Reply to Amazon Questions (beta)

Give your customers the information they need about your products by responding to their questions on Amazon! You can receive questions on all products in one place – your AppFollow account or Zendesk – and reply to them faster.

Want to start replying to Amazon users? Send us an email!

4. Analyze replies to Amazon reviews

See how your replies affect Amazon users' moods and ratings with AppFollow's Replies Chart. It lets you easily track which replies lead to users increasing or decreasing their ratings. You can also break down which support agents reply the quickest and to the most reviews.

5. Reply to Microsoft Store reviews in the Zendesk app

Want to answer Windows app users and Xbox gamers right from Zendesk? Just download the AppFollow Zendesk app, integrate it with Microsoft Console, and start responding to reviews.

6. Reply to beta testers in Slack

Talking to Android app beta testers is now super easy with Slack. Testers' reviews now go to the Slack channel you prefer, where you can reply to them more quickly. Make your apps even better with AppFollow!

Configure beta reviews.

7. New metrics in the Downloads & Revenue

Analyze subscription refunds and how many there are with the Downloads & Revenue section's two new metrics, Refunds and Refunds Count.

It's also easier to customize the dashboard the way you like. Just select the metrics you want to track in the drop-down menu.
