What's the main difference between AppFollow and Appbot?
AppFollow built everything around automation and team workflows. Appbot built everything around monitoring and analyzing reviews. AppFollow handles routine responses automatically and coordinates support teams. Appbot gives you tools to dig into sentiment and text data yourself. Pick based on whether you want automation to do the work or whether you want better analysis tools.

Does Appbot have automation like AppFollow?
Sort of. Appbot added auto replies recently. You can set up rules to respond automatically. AppFollow built their whole thing around automation from the beginning so their workflow tools are more developed. Appbot's automation works but it's not the main focus.

Appbot trained their machine learning specifically on app reviews. It handles emoji and abbreviations and weird review language. AppFollow does sentiment analysis and gives you AI summaries. Both do sentiment. AppFollow uses sentiment to trigger automated actions.
