T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM

Since I use T and Metro sims while visiting US, I always struggle - go to store, buy a SIM card, extra expenses, no refill for Metro, system do not accept non US cards... This app makes my life much easier - thanks Only improvement you can do is to add a week or two plans for tourists who do not stay for a month and just visit for short period of time

1. Not all of T-Mobile Prepaid plans are available. 2. You cannot port your number from another carrier. You have to settle for whatever number they assign you. 3. You cannot use an email address that you have used in the past with T-Mobile. 4. It isn’t clear what to do after you complete the purchase. Is the app good for anything else? Can you uninstall it? No clear idea. 5. Accessibility for blind users is unusable. All pages of the app are presented to VoiceOver... all at once. You may end up way back in the sign up process, or way ahead, with no assistance as to return to the correct spot. It’s awful.

Super easy set up I had a iPhone XS who I bought from someone. They hadn’t payed their bill in months and I didn’t want to go through a process of calling an operator or wait super long. This literally gave me a number and set up my new cellular data in 5 minutes. Awesome!!!

I use the T-Mobil prepaid eSIM as a foreign resident whenever I come to the USA. But the current system requires that I keep a balance on the account at all times. I come to the US once a year and use it for 1 or 2 weeks each time. What happens is that every time I need to create a new account with a different email address. Why? Why can’t I just activate it every time I come back. I don’t mind if every time I get a different phone number assigned. But the annoyance of having to create a disposable email account every time does not make muche sense.

Don’t even waste your time, as you can’t get the $15 unlimited talking and text with 2 GB., Rather typical, with hold the best deals to try to soak an Apple user. Thanks TMO... it seems like you’re definitely bringing the Sprint trash with you in the merger... so sad. Hello... T-mobile, this damages your brand and makes you look like greedy Verizon.
