5.1: October Update
Table of Content:
In September, we launched on Product Hunt and became the #2 product of the day. Thanks to everybody for their support!
TL;DR: Find out how our new ASO Dashboard can help you quickly assess how an app's doing and how visible it is; see updated keyword positions in real time; check out our updated apps to handle review replies through Zendesk and Microsoft Teams; enjoy our improved tool for replying via AppFollow, and much more.
1. ASO Dashboard
Get a quick overview to evaluate an app's visibility in app stores. The new Organic Visibility Score tool shows how easy it is to find an app in search results. The higher the score, the more visible the app. There's no maximum score. Compare your score with competitors to see what your chances are of getting organic installs.
The updated Keyword Distribution section shows all keywords the app ranks for in the app store. It also includes a history of positions and a breakdown by search result positions.
ASO Dashboard is currently in open beta. Shoot us an e-mail to test it.
2. Keyword Position Updates in Real Time
We have returned the "Update now" button to the Keyword Distribution section. The button updates keyword positions in real time. Use it to see where you stand right here and now.
3. Zendesk App Update
Help users more swiftly. In the updated app, you get user data right in the ticket, which helps you find problems faster in different versions and devices.
We've simplified the integration process to make it easier for you to connect.
You can also track only featured/helpful reviews and configure integration just for them. This helps to increase the click-to-install conversion rate when running marketing campaigns.
4. Microsoft Teams Bot Update
Working with feedback in Microsoft Teams just got easier. You used to have to select a single app to work with. Now, you can work with an unlimited number of apps in just one team! Keep track of iOS, Android, Windows, and even Amazon apps in one place.
The updated bot displays all added integrations (command "list") and removes an integration from the team (command "remove").
Microsoft Teams Bot doesn't automatically update to the latest version. Reinstall it or write us and we'll be happy to help with the update.
5. Moderated Replies to Reviews
Manage your support team replies. With reply moderation, agents can add replies but can't publish them without administrator approval. Users with administrator access decide which replies are ready for publication and which need to be reworked.
Contact us if you want to set up the moderation.
6. Analyze reviews by country vs language
You can now analyze reviews not only by the users' geolocations, but also by their language. The Reviews Analysis tool now features a comparison table of the original languages of reviews. You can now compare reviews from the App Store and Google Play. We focus on the review's original language, not the device language like Google Play Console does.
7. Brand New Rating Chart
See right away what's behind the rises and falls in your average rating. The new Rating Chart shows where, when, and in which countries you have rating problems.
Using filters, you can determine how effective each app update is, and measure its impact on your app's average rating and downloads.
One more thing:
We love chatting in person! In September, we got together at a Meetup in Minsk. We'll meet up in Moscow and Berlin by the end of the year, so get your questions ready :)
Tell us where you'd like to meet with us and what you'd like to discuss.
