Kettlebell Workouts by Fitify

I just started working out and downloaded app. So far, I’ve found it to be really helpful and a great transition. I like that you can set the duration of workouts and an area to focus in (although there’s not a ton of variety), and you don’t have to think about it much. Plus you get a little video telling you how to do everything. Compared to other options on the market, this app was super straightforward and a great price. Great for a beginner but probably a good option for everyone.

Great app, I use it for at least two workouts a week. Two things I’d change: 1) give me the ability to adjust the loudness of the app, independent of the music I’m playing in the background. I listen to playlists while I work out, and sometimes it’s difficult to hear the next exercise. 2) update the exercise list regularly. The app does a great job of shuffling exercises, but I know there are more exercises out there than the ones I’m seeing. Add more, please!

I’m newish to kettle bells, in spite of having owned a good set for about two years. I bought this app because my wife had recommended the same dev’s cardio app to me (a good app there, too!). This is a great workout, and the accompanying videos are generally pretty good. My one complaint is that the video for bottom-up press is shot from the wrong angle, and I can’t tell if the lifting arm is out to the front or the side. Seems kind of a quibbling thing to mention, but it annoys me whenever that exercise comes up.

Love the kettle ball workout. I use a 20 pound weight and I’m so winded after just a 10-15 minute workout. Very easy to follow along. The only reading why I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you only do a short “all body” workout it gives you the same exercises over and over. If I do a 15 minute workout I will see different exercises that I’ve never seen before. Would like more of a variety of exercises.

I’m just getting started in the world of kettlebells and I’m finding this app super helpful, so much so that I opted to unlock the full version for $3. Note to the developers: I know there are a lot more good kettlebell exercises out there. For my $3, I would appreciate an update with more added in. I would have given 5 stars if there was more in the exercise list to choose from.
