Bosu Balance Trainer Ball Workouts by Fitify

Has a ton of great exercises for the Bosu ball. I just finished a 30 minute all body workout and I am sweating. Only problem is the app does not give you enough time to switch positions so you can actually perform the next exercise correctly. I was scrambling trying to get the Bosu ball in the right position so I could start the next exercise. Maybe that is why I am sweating? It will also have you perform an exercise where you need to switch sides mid way thru and it gives you zero time to actually switch sides. Would be great to have a pause button or at least allow for more time. I also think it would be nice if it performed a repeating circuit of three or four exercises vs. what seemed like 30 completely different exercises over 30 minutes. I feel like repeating a circuit allows you to focus on certain muscles and also allows you to learn the moves. I do like the video of the person performing each exercise - very helpful! Also, this app does not require you to provide a credit card prior to trying it out which is super nice! Thank you for that!

I like to listen to music while working out and and this app doesn’t allow it. Everything else is good but I’ve only used it one month.

The sequencing of exercises and variety are strengths. Demo video clips are fine. Instructor voice is tres Mr Roboto; not sure why they don’t just use audio clips. Main limitation: you can’t listen to music simultaneously with your device. As soon as Mr Roboto purrs a mechanized instruction, music cuts and stays off. Push “play” and you get 5-30 seconds until the big guy opens his yap, then no more tunes unless you override and hit play again... .

I just did two 5 minute workouts to try out this app and they were surprisingly great for the short duration! I felt the burn. The app just needs a few more features for tracking/ planning your workouts and it would be a 5 star!

The exercises are great. Unlike the Swiss ball version tho there is no sound/instructions..
