Who says shopee is one of the best shopping app...? Seriously...? I don’t even know where to begin... but let me share you what I had gone through... First, navigating through the app is like a maze...! So many shops selling the same thing... as you scroll and swipe, the items either gets cheaper or gets better... it’s like it has the ability to do a mind control... scrolling and swiping more and adding more items into your shopping cart... and to make matters worse, when you leave your items in the cart without checking out, the app even remind you or send you a notifications that the item is on sale...! And i had to bear the cost...! At a fraction of the price...! Gosh...! And you know what bugs even more...? Their monthly sales...! Oh my blardy god... it’s worse than addiction...! Again... who is the one who said that Shopee is one if the best...? Cause they are so wrong... Shopee is THE BESTEST OF ALL THE BEST...! So please stop bugging me to write a review and let me continue shopping...?

Shoppe is my fav online shopping app as compared to so many others that I have tried. The deals in shoppe are not only great, but the entire promotion, design and everything is so well advertised! Honestly not even exaggerating even though I sound like I am. I especially love love love your shoppe coins! Gosh, what an great initiative you came up with. I have no idea how much money I’ve saved from it. Playing the many different games you come up with or just keep giving shop ratings to earn coins & logging in daily to receive coins. I love it so much. Especially when you can redeem it off one shot (before it expires ofc) and see a huge discount in checkout 😂 Shared this app with a lot of my friends and they all love it too. Because great deals, well designed app. Why not right? Seriously, you should consider sponsoring me!

I know I’m reviewing this based on the phone platform, but I’m also very active on the web platform. In the phone platform, you can see your “liked” products, while in the web platform, you cannot see them, which is kind of a little burden because both platforms are not the same! Please do something about it. Another improvement you/Shopee can do is to make the “likes” items easier to go to, such as making a heart shaped button/logo on the corner, beside the search engine. Then, you don’t have to go all the way to profile just to look at “liked” items, which is a bit cumbersome. Lastly, you/shopee need to be more stern about the shops/sellers, and product authenticity. So many of the shops have the EXACT SAME statements when it comes to details, which is a bit fishy: are they actually the same sellers/same people? I managed to chat with a few sellers from China, and they all gave me the EXACT SAME replies (a real example : they kept calling me “friend” - all sellers) and sent messages in really bad English, until I texted in Mandarin they could give better replies.

I have been using Shopee since its early days and I love how overseas deals are more easily accessible plus being able to get many good deals there with promo codes. The shipping fees are also reasonable. Recently there are features like Shopee Quiz, the fashion style section and $1 section which I like too. My only feedback is the image search feature which is quite recent n similar to Taobao’s image search feature. The Taobao search is quite accurate whereas the Shopee search still needs a lot of improvements. I was excited since it is easier to search for things I want which I can’t find with some keywords alone and tried it out a few times, but mostly it doesn’t reflect the right category or the item I want. I also hope that the items can be filtered after the search as the prices are also over the place. If the image search feature is improved, it will definitely enhance the shopping experience among users thank you. :)

I like shopee because it doesn’t have a lot of other fees slap on us like ezbuy & it has a lot of staff to choose from compared to Wish. As for pricing, most of the items quite competitive in price. But it has its flaws too. The notification says I’ve 4 unread but I couldn’t find any.. then many sellers fail to answer my questions & many products do not have enough info for buyers like for notebooks, no of pages & size are the most basic info & when asked the seller, the answers came back were irrelevant at all. No matter how many times I repeated the questions I still couldn’t get any sensible answers! Also I thought I’ve many coins but when I want to redeem to pay for my orders, only very few were used...Also I could never seem to figure out the $1 deal thing.. the games & auction too, very complicated but couldn’t find good explanation so I just avoided them..
