UNIQLO SG

You can always expect clothes of beauty and standard there. The clothes are also so affordable and yet the standard is as high a many high-end brands. I will always shop at UNIQLO once a week to look for clothes for myself, husband and my 2 girls. The mannequin displays are always enticing and I love the UNIQLO stock location especially. The stock location is so fantastic bec I can pop down to store and be sure of the item I wanted there. A must-visit store.

It is appalling how a company like UNIQLO can fail so badly in their online integration. They let you win these $2 coupons which the staff at the counter claimed that only one coupon can be used per day (she looked unsure, but was insistent that I can’t use the coupons for the multiple items I am purchasing). However when I made another purchase later that day, I was able to use another coupon. The coupons you earn from your purchases cannot be used online and you can’t even shop via this app. They will simply direct you to their website. Makes you wonder why they bother having an app with such poor interface if it’s sole purpose is to frustrate people.

In May I opened my app in Japan, not knowing that the app is unique to Singapore. Ever since then, I have been unable to open my uniqlo app at all. It gives me the error message to Ensure that time is set correctly on my device. I approached the counter staff in late May but they couldn’t do anything about it. They gave me a marketing email to contact, which I did but the email bounced. 2 months down the road I still can’t log into the app. I have also stopped shopping at Uniqlo because of this. There is nowhere I can go to get help for this issue. I’m a huge Uniqlo fan and avid user of the app. So I hope someone in Uniqlo’s ops team will respond to me ASAP.

I'm a huge fan of Uniqlo, I didn't mind my purchase were often not save in the app, and items which are available in stores are shown as unavailable in certain or all stores. I found out recently that some of the items in store are selling at a higher prices than in the app. At first I thought Uniqlo has reduced the price on the next day, but few days later I checked the app within an hour after my shopping at Uniqlo again, same thing happened! It's a $10 difference for each item and the app was not running a online sale, how many customers have been overcharged?

Uniqlo has a scan-to-win. But after paying, the cashier refused to do the app scan for me. Cashier took a rude and sarcastic tone towards me because she was too lazy to help me with the scan to win. I sent a complaint email to customer service at Uniqlo, they said that they will get back to me. Few months later, still never get back to me. I bet the customer service is just too lazy to serve their customers. I advise you to not shop at uniqlo. I wont be shopping at uniqlo any longer. Uniqlo doesnt respect its customers. I would rather go elsewhere & pay higher price than be treated rudely by unhelpful uniqlo staff.
