The interface is a joy to use - it's honestly one of the best out there. You've got a bunch of templates to choose from, so you're not starting from scratch. You can see and manage reviews from all your clients in one spot, which is a huge time-saver. And let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. It's so hard to find good support these days, but they've got it nailed.

At the same time, Sprout Social puts a limit on how many social and review accounts you can manage, which can be a bummer. The price tag can be pretty hefty for smaller businesses, especially if you're mainly looking for review management software. The Chrome extension has been known to cause a few hiccups here and there.
