Zumiez

This store and all of the sales reps/employees are absolutely remarkable. I manage a successful business myself and I am overwhelmed by the quality of employees Zumiez has. They’re educated, kind, proactive, always looking to ensure the experience of their customers is a positive one. They’ve been outstanding on every one of my visits and I sincerely hope they’re recognized by their employers for all that they do and all that they add to this company as a whole. I’ve been in Zumiez on some of the very hardest days of my life and without me mentioning it the employees have taken note, and gone out of their way to make sure I was okay. They made sure I found what I was looking for and also reassured me on a personal level, showing genuine interest and compassion for what I was going through. I can find some of the products for lesser prices elsewhere, but I won’t go anywhere else due to the hospitality and empathy of the employees at Zumiez. The monetary value of the experience inside of these stores is valuable and I hope Zumiez realizes the worth of their employees. 🖤🖤🖤

I had a good amount of points on my account, but for some reason now, every time I open the app it pulls up the sign up and login screen and when I try to login it keeps saying that I put the wrong thing. But it is the right email, and when I try to reset my password to see if that helps, the oops message appears.

I’m starting to get a little irritated with the fact that I’m at the ‘Legend’ level but never see upcoming items, let alone get a notification when new stuff is available. I’ve un/reinstalled several times and I’m definitely on the latest update, (though this has been a problem for about a year). I’ve left feedback whenever a survey or something’s been put up in-app or online, but I guess either not many others have this issue or it just hasn’t been addressed for whatever reason. Tbh im just tired of seeing every single good thing sold out before I even know what’s dropping and just sitting on 120,000+ seemingly useless points that I’ve earned and saved from my years of choosing Zumiez to buy my decks, ,hardware, and clothes; and tires of feeling lied to about getting to see upcoming drops.

I’ve walked into Zumiez for the first time the other day and thought it was very cool, and the manager said I should hit up the app or website. I’ve gotten on the website and saw a lot of the brands I liked on my laptop, but on my phone with the app, I can’t access anything. It’d be really cool if it were up by now. I can only rate it as it is because I haven’t experienced the app yet, but if it’s anything like the store or website, then I’m sure I should keep my expectations up. But where it is now I’m kinda down because I can’t use the app, I hope that’ll change real soon.

I had tried again and again to use this app, and once I finally was able to, it sent me to a sign up page witch took each section a good 5 minutes to load. The rough part was when I found out that my added up 30 minutes of trying to sign up eventually got me to another web page, at which point I had found out how ABSOLUTELY low and earning less this app was. In order for me to earn 1 sticker page, I’d have to put away so much of the time, and by then I could have earned enough money via ANY OTHER APP
