I LOVE this app. I downloaded it to use with my new Theragun and it’s really helped me figure out the right way to use it and has totally improved my overall experience with my Theragun. When I have an ache or pain, the app has a program that shows me how to treat it, and even shows you if you’re using the right amount of pressure for each program.

The app is an essential part of the theragun experience. Especially if you’re new to the device. It walks you through step by step so it’s as if you’re at the kiosks in the mall getting treated. My mom has plantar fasciitis and there’s a routine in there to help! She opened the app, tried it out and she says she’s never had it go away so fast.

Got the therabody app to show me the best ways to use my new theragun and it’s honestly made everything way better! There were trouble spots I wasn’t getting and the app helped me recognize the best way to massage them out. Also, the app is a great app for running! All around useful if you use any of their products

First let me say the massager itself has been a life changing benefit for me and my chronic pain issues, that said: The app is clunky to use, difficult to understand exactly what it is offering or attempting to do, and doesn’t really seem to DO anything with HealthKit. Some videos on the net show a watch app, which isn't released yet. One of the best things this app could add is the ability to edit the built in routines or make one of your own. Loading routines to the guns really does nothing more than load some timers that let you know it’s time to switch areas, but you’ll have to have the routine memorized, which will probably come naturally over time, but then, when you get that familiar with using the device you’d probably want to set up your own routines, which you currently can’t.

Seriously you have probably one of the best products on the market. Literally life changing. This terrible app is embarrassing, you shouldn’t have one at all if you’re going to phone it in. Maybe put the same effort in the app as you do on the product. Have some self respect, the app seriously shows me the company doesn’t give a sh**t about quality. If you did you wouldn’t put this app out until it was ready. It has no videos, the options are confusing, please try again. You have so much potential for an awesome app.
