This app is disappointing ! I had great hopes. “Down load the app and have a free drink on us” suggested the sign when I walked in. So I did and registration was easy enough until it came to verification of the said free drink . The links that had been sent to my message inbox ( to unlock the free bee) sent me back straight to the App Store to open the app I had already open ! So no free drink after trying several times . I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app !even tried to use’ forgot password’ to try to see if it would send an email to my email address ( suggested it would) so I could change it. This didn’t happen either !! So two registrations later with two emails I’m no further forward !! This app needs work please sort it out !!!

Today I ate at Red Lion in Bedford and the service was shocking to say the least. The waitresses didn't come into our section unless to serve food and we had to ask for our plates to be cleared and for our next course both main and desserts. Our two children that are both under 4 waited almost an hour for their main. Then while waiting again for dessert were told off by a waitress who told them they can’t be playing in the way which they wouldn’t have been doing if the food was served the way it should have been from the beginning. Their only saving grace was that the food was actually ok and once there was a shift change our second waitress was lovely and very apologetic. I would think twice about eating here ever again.

For years I used to get emails through with many special offers & deals which I always used plus it’s also my local pub which made it all the better but since I had to download the app in order to continue this I’ve never been able to register or login with my email address. It keeps coming up “the email address you’ve entered is not valid” which is frustrating since I still marketing emails through and I know this is not the case. I don’t know if it’s a bug issues with the app but needs to be fixed. I was happy to just receive emails personally as I have never had any issues redeeming them. The feedback option on the app is more of how your experience is rather than about the app.

Whoever develops these apps clearly doesn’t test them or use pubs. Great I thought - you can finally order at your table via the app. I put in Bedford and it kept finding pubs in Yorkshire. I tried finding the pub in a list but I have to know the name rather than be able to search by town. By this time I gave up. They don’t deserve my custom if they cannot even get these basics right. Sack the developers and find some that understand Testing.

Doesn’t work in my local, The Brockwell Seam, Cramlington. Can register a meal you’ve bought but not order from the table, set up a bar tab, or enjoy the offers such as for the Gin. Asked the staff if it was just me not working it correctly however that was pointless as they didn’t even seem to know about the App. I’ve idea just shame the very dated Brockwell aren’t interested or up to speed
