Fabletics: Premium Activewear

Just made my first online purchase yesterday, but I’m writing this preemptively to comment on the lack of a chat function— if you want to chat live you just do so through the mobile browser which has terrible UI— the first conversation I started got cut off and I had to start over. I think it’s great to chat with a customer service representative (although they typically have a hard time understanding what you’re talking about, which is frustrating— my chat with a Fabletics rep was not in standard English and I had to send a screenshot for them to understand my issue), but this functionality should be included with the app so you can easily accomplish this on your phone.

I have ordered from them before and have tried to to do it again, mostly because they are really good quality leggings and the VIP benefits have some great deals, but every time i have tried to use either the website or the app something goes wrong and it is very frustrating. First off, if you don’t order on the first of the month 90% of the leggings are sold out. Secondly, the website never loads and there is always a problem with the software whether it be buttons not working or the app crashing. When you try to get in contact with someone from the help center, it takes almost half an hour to even be connected with someone. Also, cancelling the VIP membership is very hard to do, and takes about 20 minutes. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I get frustrated every time I try to order something or smimply browse the app.

The app is super easy to navigate and shop. My only complaint is frequently it will show items in low stock of my size, but when I go on the computer website it is actually sold out. My app order won’t go through, and it ends up being because it’s out of stock but doesn’t say so in the app. That’s my only complaint is that it doesn’t seem to update as quickly as the website does for stock levels.

I love the products and the system but this app is in dire need of an update. I normally don’t write any sort of reviews but the amount of issues I have had with this app warrants me to speak up. It’s difficult to browse because of the glitches. I can’t update any of my information on here and have to go to a browser. I can’t find where I can skip a month on the app and have to go to a browser. Although the organization is nice and it is aesthetically pleasing to look at, it’s not functional and I hope an update is coming soon.

So.....I got the app after taking part on their two leggings for 24$ deal. No where in the detailing of the deal had it mentioned having to pay 50 DOLLARS a month for the membership. We went to the sight and cancelled then was redirected to a service that we then spoke to a employee and finally thought we cancelled. They even reassured we had cancelled. I finally payed off the 50$ I owed my mom then a week later was charged 50 DOLLARS AGAIN!!! All of this for two pairs of leggings and a deal that never mentioned even PAYING FOR A MEMBERSHIP. Absolute scam and now I’m stuck on cleaning the toilet bowls for a month, thanks Fabletics.......
