I had the old app, and to be honest it didn’t really do much. This update is SO much better! It does what I was expecting it to do the first time around. I can read articles, check my box, this is great! So glad the app has been updated!

As a person who tried to use the previous app version that basically did nothing, this app upgrade is great. I love everything about it, good job listening to your customer base. Keep up the great work!!

The screen just stays blank. Can’t view my box, can’t shop...all I can do is attempt to read articles but even that doesn’t always work. I LOVE FabFitFun so it’s such a bummer that the app is so faulty. I’ve had the app now for 2 months and I’ve attempted different features repeatedly (hoping this would be fixed, updated, or just magically working finally), but it’s never worked the way it should. I’ll probably remove it from my phone.

I wish there was a way to rate my box and update my quiz through the app. The only thing I can figure how to do is read articles and view my customizations. Not bad overall but definitely feel like it could be more useful.

I signed up for an annual plan and it seems like that was a mistake. I have friends who also signed up and have already received their boxes, but they only ordered one box. My box still has not shipped yet and I think it’s clear that they give priority to people who did not purchase an annual subscription. If you’re going to try this out, I would suggest not buying an annual subscription. Very disappointing.
