When this app is working, it’s a useful app. However, my experience with this app (using an iPhone X) is that I download it, use it for a day or two (successfully) and then naturally I don’t use it again for about a week. A new guest is coming so I go to open my Dwelling Live app to add this guest’s information and the app does not open. The app crashes on opening - the Dwelling Live logo appears on screen after clicking on the app, and then the screen turns black and exits Dwelling Live. I am forced always to delete the app and re-install it OR use my wife’s iPhone 8+ to add the information. Please fix this bug.

This software works well regarding the issues of login. I am able to use Face/Touch ID to login and quickly able to send new passes within seconds of opening this app. Some interfacing needs some refinement but overall a great app now. Old review: 1 of 5 stars - August 2017: SLOW LOGIN 2.5 minutes to login! Then the software is slow to react when an item is saved. Settings button does nothing. Developers need to step up and help this app match the price of product it interacts!

The current version of the app, crashes when attempting to edit and existing company/party. The only workaround is to create a new one. So I have multiple companies and parties with the same name, or I have to put each individual that is part of a company as a separate guest. Would love the feature of adding a company name only. Usually, you don’t know the name of the individual and email address from the company who is coming to fix an appliance, or deliver an item. The option of sending a text message versus only an email would also be useful.

Login takes 5 minutes?? Whaaat? Fix the slow login. Also, removed the Add Guest button and replaced with invite guests. Now I have my whole email list there. I have to type in a search for a guest that isn't in my contact list? Only then can I put in the guest. Too many extra steps. Bring back the add guest button and forget the contact list. Another thing is the text notice that a guest has entered takes at least 10 minutes to be delivered. By that time the guest is already at the house.

This app works well and is intuitive. I don’t have to ask anymore, “How do I....?” It’s still easier to invite and clear at the gate a large guest-list by using the app for laptops, but for simple tasks and for in-putting two-person clearances at the gate, this app is a dream. Mobile fingerprint ID makes a password obsolete (who needs to remember year another password?!), and after a couple of invited guest clearances, the process is pretty easy to remember.
