Overall the app is pretty good, but I tried to save the videos to my device or even email them to myself however it would not let me save the videos, I'm not sure what they want me to do; pay more $$$.? Rating this two star's because videos are no good unless you can save them.

Cannot stream video outside my own network. Two or three months ago stopped working outside my network. Live stream just fine on my network. Quit working on my data or on another network Wi-Fi. Are used to work fine.

All of a sudden I cannot access my camera from the app. It shows that the camera is offline. I tried resetting, unplugging, logging out, deleting/reinstalling app. Nothing works!

The newest update now refreshes seemlessly and can now view captured image in the app. Thanks for fixing the nuisance issues :))

Purchased a camera system through Sams Club and come to find out after it’s all installed that Swann has no App to support my system on an iPhone. 400 dollars and I can’t view the videos on any of my apple devices even though box shows Apple support. Ridiculous and very upsetting.
