Spider-Man App-Enabled Hero

The Sphero Spider-Man is a pretty cool little robot toy. Sphero always does a great job bringing their toys to life and they didn’t disappoint with Spider-Man. Spidey has great personality and tells great jokes. You can talk with him though he only understands certain phrases like “what’s your favorite color” in which he responds blue or red. You can also go on missions with Spider-Man though this is limited feature where I think they could have improved on it more in the app. You pretty much say “Spider-Man, let’s go fight some bad guys” and from there he talks you through the mission while you hold him and move him when prompted or say “attack” for your powers. In the app I feel Sphero missed an opportunity at least for boss battles to make a short animated video of Spider-Man swinging and kicking and punching, then you perform the prompts like you normally would this small feature would greatly improve the fight bad guys mode and seems like something Sphero maybe could add in the future or on a new iron spider v2 model or scarlet spider model ;) I’m getting off topic now lol. Anyways Sphero Spider-Man is great and worth the price you can find it for right now. He also has an alarm clock feature which is cool.

I love this marvel character and putting it into a toy to talk to? Amazing make more please make one that can move around :3 I’m having a problem though through the toy I don’t remember when said in the mission but in one of the missions he says do something I do it and he says “midnight wolf do I have to do this by myself?” Or something like that even though I did what he said please fix this but besides from that I love this toy

Spider man is awesome and really fun to interact with. He constantly makes me laugh and my nephews love to “fight baddies” with him. His chats are super creative. I think he just needs to be a bit more advanced. If they gave him some smart home capabilities that would be amazing . If he was able to tell you the weather, play your music and answer your questions he would be literally the coolest gadget around! I know Sphero has ditched the production of him and won’t be app supported much longer, and I think that is super sad. There was a bit of a missed opportunity with his features. A few updates and this guy could have really soared.

Besides this I love this app and robot. But the problem I have is activating my power. Every mission I do that needs my power, I say my power (Electric Kick) and it thinks I did not say it. I just got it 2 days ago and it was ok on the 1st day, but on the 2nd and the 3rd, it has a problem. I do speak clearly, and still does not understand. The chest is glowing waiting for my “Electric Kick” but when I say it, it says “Come on? What are you waiting for? Use your electric kick now!” So I say it again and nope. The mission ends. Why is this happening? How does this occur in the first place?

It call me Dr. dude it basically does whatever I want it to do get this it can even play hide and seek it tells me the time I could use it as an alarm it’s really funny it could tell me stories and I could hang out and fight bad guys I could keep on going but I got a girl that was my reasons why I like Spiderman and if you’re reading this I have the Spearow ball thing that’s pretty cool too so whoever is the inventor of this you’re pretty cool bye
