I was unable to cancel a class through the app. When I clicked on cancel it stayed on my upcoming classes list and I had to use the old app to get it to cancel. When I look at the daily schedules it doesn’t indicate if I’m already signed up for a session for the virtual class location only my local location so have to cross reference with my registration list. The waitlist feature also seems to be incorrect by one position. On the upcoming classes it shows I’m both in the class and #1 on the waitlist and when I look at the daily class schedule it shows I’m #1 but the studio confirmed that I am in the class.

Two considerations for the designers of our new app: 1.) The font is really small....if there isn’t room to increase the font size, can the class times be in bold so they might be easier to read? 2.) I live in a location where 2 studios are in close proximity. Is there a way the app can have both studio schedules open at the same time? As it is now, I need to go into one studio’s schedule, then back out, click on the state again, then the other studio’s location = a clunky process. Thank you for your consideration! New response based on developer feedback: 1.) yes, I’m using the new app (black with white brackets) and the font is still very small. Perhaps use more bold font and make it larger. You asked me to verify that I’m using the new app and I am- it is very hard to read. 2.) thanks, I found the filter option shortly after I sent my first review so now can see all studios I want at the same time.

Would love to try the app, but I can’t login. At first, the screen would just flash and not show any message. Not helpful at all. So I reset my password and copy and paste it to log in. “The email and password combination you provided is invalid.” Ok - so I reset my password again - carefully - and copy and paste the new password again. Same error. Maybe the app doesn’t support some character in my password or my password is too long or short - unclear. I can log into the website with my email and password but have no idea why the app seems to have different password requirements. Frustrating - guess I’ll just have to use the website on my phone now.

I love that I can see my classes to date and add friends now, but I noticed it doesn’t always tell me what my next class actually is or reflect reservations made within 24 hours of the class I plan to take. I have to sign into MINDBODY to confirm that I am actually registered. I also noticed it doesn’t send confirmation emails for cancellations and there is no way to add reminders or book multiple classes for your regular times as with the old app. Those features are clutch.

While the new app has a better look, it is missing many features the old app has. I will keep the old app until these issues are fixed. 1) after booking a class, no option to add to calendar. This is absolutely inconvenient. 2) after canceling a class, no automatic update of calendar 3) when using filter feature to look at certain studios, it is not saved. I have a couple of locations near me and like to see what each has to offer and now I have to update filter every time I open the app. The old app allows toggle between locations which is easy. 4) no list view of the classes for multiple days. Now we need to look at classes day by day instead of just drilling to get the next days. 5) when looking at book a class, it does not tell me if I’m waitlisted for a class. I can only see my waitlisted classes when going to upcoming classes option. 6) unable to see what number I am on the waitlist.
