Service Seeking for Business

I Run a Renovation/ Handyman Company in the Northern Rivers. I like the structure and payment plans with Service Seeking but unfortunately my customers don’t know about Service Seeking so the only other place I can reliably source work for my employees is Hi Pages which frustrates me no end because they know they have the monopoly of jobs available and charge us tradies like a wounded bull just to get the customers contact number. No guarantees that the job is still available. Not a very fair way of doing business. I and every other Tradie / services provider in the Northern Rivers would really appreciate it if Service Seeking would advertise their services up here so that we can jump ship from the Overseas owned Hipages to the Australian owned Service Seeking. The amount of building work going on up here is huge, I don’t understand why your not advertising here and until you do you are invisible to our customers up here in the Northern Rivers.

Have been using service seeking for a few months now and have generated around 25 jobs - which is great. Got a good deal which is why I signed up, but normally it would have been close to $250 a month (no chance I’d have paid that). My problem is the app, it’s now randomly deleted all my messages, I don’t get notifications properly, I can’t see customers photos and details correctly, it needs a good update and it would be 5 stars. Right now, it’s very frustrating to work with.

I was reluctant to spend money on any of these avenues as you can pay and get no work then the attempt ends up costing as opposed to making you money. My account was not setup correctly and I wanted to spend the day finding some work for my staff in between quiet times. I called 3 times and got through. But instead of the person that answered assisting me, they said someone will call me back ASAP. They did not and now I have lost the only day I had free to find work and will be too busy to spend a bit of time on it now. It seems like all they wanted to do was appear like they wanted to help and as soon as I paid, forget about me. All these avenues are a scam and they only care about making themselves money. The consumer and the service provider are just contributors. Disappointed in myself for wasting my money

Hey Guys! I don’t really a talker, but what i’m gonna say was, i’ve been with this App for awhile, but i wasn’t spent much money for it as a trial I don’t wanna be obsessed, just wanted to see how good it would be, since the first day till now i keep received so many leads that coming up but unfortunately, i don’t understand somehow why everytime I tried to approach and sent them a message even try’s to give them a called but seems like nobody’s there ? have you guys ever wondered why should you wasting your money and time to standing for something unpredictable and unreliable that eventually will end up with most of very bad reviews ? Definitely will get out of this way !

I’ve been with ServiceSeeking for more than two years and I’ve built up my five star rate with 62 positive feed back during this time . I had tried some other website though but ServiceSeeking is far from others and it’s an excellent example of trustworthy reliable and convenient. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.
