Quit Smoking, Be Smoke Free

I quit smoking with this app by putting it on as I went to sleep. Worked great. But then I stopped using it and started smoking again. I am giving it another go. I love the hypnotist's relaxing voice. I used the free version but I may subscribe so I don't listen to the intro each time and maybe there's more options . Doesn't matter, though as the story is soothing enough and I am not awake after a few minutes anyway. Good stuff.

I was a smoker for 30 years. I have tried to quit dozens of times with dozens of methods. This was the only different thing I tried this time. Cold turkey and this app. I honestly think it’s the only reason I was able to quit this time and it wasn’t near as difficult as I expected it to be. I’m so happy to be a non smoker now.

I started using this app in addition to one I was already using for depression. I continued to smoke (sometimes a lot - going through a very stressful time) when I first started using the app, then one day, without thinking about it, I said "I'm done. I don't want another cig." The thought of smoking repulsed me. This app is great to fall asleep to. I've been using it for about 3 weeks and have only consciously heard the part that discusses smoking once. What could be better than letting the app do the work for you while it puts you into a deep relaxation and sleep?! I keep listening to it for reinforcement. Highly recommend. Listen to the instructions once, then turn them off in the settings.

Really love the options, especially the sleep or wake. I would love to see a continuous repeat until you shut it off though. It does get louder on the non-smoking part, but I can deal with it. His voice is really relaxing. Also, had a glitch and contacted them for help and they talked me right through the ITunes portion. They were so prompt getting back to me. I'm really happy I got this app and will see if it works, but if not...it puts me right to sleep and drowns out hubby's snoring, which is well worth the monet to me, lol!

I have quit many times for varied periods of time, & this is the first time with almost no withdrawal symptoms. I wasn't cranky & my mood has been actually pleasant. Best of all, I didn't feel like I was coming out of my skin. Kind of amazing!! I am so pleased with how this feels. Knowing now how well this worked..I would have paid 10x's more for these results :))))))) I am not a smoker anymore!
