Positive Thinking: Meditation

I really like this ap for going to sleep. Kept my mind from going all over the place. I didn’t use it for a while and now display is different and I can’t read it anymore because the print is to small. Needs a different option for poor sighted.

I love this app it really helps me sleep I would take sleeping pills and still not be relaxed with this app I fall asleep fast and stay asleep and I feel so relaxed it really helps

As a Registered Nurse I always stopped to help where needed. One day I stopped at a rolled over vehicle to assist on an icy road. A school bus slammed into the vehicle and toppled onto me, trapping me underneath. Life flight couldn't fly due to weather. I was hemorrhaging. My spine was fractured as was my pelvis, ribs, clavicles and more. I was in ICU a long time. The prognosis wasn't good. Although I survived that's all I was doing until I found the positive message here. I went from dreading facing another long day to being excited about my life and looking forward to it with enthusiasm! I never dreamed I could feel this good. It is like a miracle. It IS a miracle!

This app has become a part of my daily life. I have spent years as a professional Motorsports photographer and marketing agent. I have worked side by side with some very successful people both on and off the track and then one common denominator with all of these millionaires is that there thoughts reflect their realities. You are what you think of most of the time. These sessions bring you to that proper mindset for any situation. Have purchased over 30 sessions and am amazed at the slow yet positive changes in my life. This will not be a listen once and be superman series but with the proper mindset these Are life changing! I find that this helps me a lot. I am not new to suggestive hypnosis and I can tell that it has already made a lot of difference in my outlook. My negative resistance is slowly diminishing. But I don't think one can live without negativity in order to want the contrast. His voice is soothing and pleasant to hear. obviously, he has done this many times and he is a professional hypnosist. The only thing I do think is after a while, you will get bored with it. So, I do hope that Mr. Joel will do a variety of contents. I think that will insert more interest and prolong it's use.
