Pizza Hut Malaysia

Hello and sorry for complaining such things but suddenly my PizzaHut Delivery Apps cannot updated the latest version . i thought the problem came from my weak coverage or something like storage on icloud but when i checked there is no problem with that thing . Even im using wifi it still can't updated . I've trying so many way to figure out the problem but its didn't work . So i would like to asking PizzaHut incase u have other solution to solve my problem . That All Thank You .

I dont understand why it said it cant send to my house area. My house area filled with multiple apartment & there’s so many people living there. But when i order pizza hut at food panda i encounter no problem to delivery?? My house area is not a jungle. If you think you can’t deliver at certain timing please just write it clear people will understand instead of making your customer have very hard time just to order your food! Choices are good but can u imagine we already excited to choose our food & fill in all the details then when check out it keep fail & fail & at the end stated ‘didnt cover your area’?? Then what this apps for?? I wish there a zero star for rating. I am paying for your food not begging. Please improve your apps & fix this situation before someone else encounter same problem as me. I already uninstall this app & will never use it again!

I like the feature where you can save your different addresses and also personal presences for pizza! So far I’ve been able to order my pizzas with ease :) - just that my pizza often arrive way too late but I think that’s more an internal problem within the branches.

I have tried multiple times Worst is I deleted it and now unable to install back. Really serious software updating issue. Please check and fix quickly.

Hi, I have downloaded the apps recently. And I noticed Pizza Hut has ‘HUT rewards’, means whoever purchase more than rm30 would receive a slice and able to redeem next time. For now, I already purchased more than Rm30 like twice but the HUT rewards still shows 0. I feel like it is a false hope to purchase on apps. Moreover, I receive a ‘shake’ for my first purchase. But it returned to home after I shake. No rewards again 🥺🥺 like seriously , is the apps giving false hope ???
