I forget my password, actually I don’t think I forget it but I tried over 10 times and then I give up. I clicked the forget passwords button but nothing happen. I don’t know how to do it. Damn

Don't waste your time with this app. I don't want to say that it's a scam but it kinda is. As a first time user I was making sure that this app works towards paying bills so I tried to pay half of my phone bill and see if the transaction will pop up on the transactions but it never did. Called my service provider and said payment was not done and that amt was taken of my bank acct. on the day when I did the transaction. Called their customer svc number at different times of the day and emailed them. The first response that I received was 2 weeks after and would reply in days and all she can say is I never made a payment. Earning points and getting gift cards are really tempting, but NOT WORTH IT for all the hassle.

Scheduled a bill to be paid, the amount was debited from my bank account and my bill was never paid! I had to pay my bill manually. Messaged the company to get my money back and 3 days later, still haven't received a response. You're dealing with people's money - it shouldn't take more than 24 hours to hear back.

I made a bill payment for my Rogers bill 15 days ago through . The payment showed as successful in the Paytm app but was not received at Rogers end. My credit card has been charged. Now, I have been trying to contact the customer service since 3-4 days through Email and Facebook Messenger. NO RESPONSE. They are just STEALING MONEY.
