The app does what it needs when working; allows you to browse, save and purchase. Keeps track of your account and purchases just like any other department store app. However on many occasions some special features, sales etc is promoted, the app doesn't follow through on commands completely. Like tonight, although I have the latest version of the app I get a referral to upgrade the app. The app store says I have the most recent version but when it opens it states I need to upgrade the app... And our phone has it's most recent OS etc. It is glitches like this that make the app look careless and rushed... Not something you'd expect from NM.

I bought a bag from neiman Marcus website. After half a year, the bag started to show a quality issue. I asked if they can take the bag back for a repair. They told me I have to go to a boutique to ask for a repair, which there is no nm store nearby my location. They also mentioned that their store probably cannot repair it. The customer service said they cannot do anything about it except for giving me $75 dollar. I paid $2000 for this bag. Awful customer service compare to any of their competitors. All designer brand or department store have a warranty policy except for neiman Marcus. Shame on you.

To be honest, before this time’s experience, I used to have great shopping experience with this store, spent thousands of dollars on your site. But I’m now deleting your app. I ordered a pair of shoes with 50% off retail during Black Friday, but after a few days they just told me my order was cancelled. Then I go back to their app and saw that these shoes are still in stock but with a higher price. So because of this store, I missed the chance to get other deals in Black Friday. I want to say, don’t do business like this, or else you’ll keep losing costumers like me.

App has improved much more as compared to a year. Page loads faster with better product visibility.

I have had the same jeweler all of my adult life - Helen Estebrook. She was my mother’s favorite, too. She is so knowledgeable, and she is kind and helpful, as well.
