I have used the service many times to my address. But I am in ibn Battuta mall and your app not your website recognise that I have location services on, and an error always pops up as if I don’t have location services on. I’ve tried all. I’m convinced it’s your website and map services that are not user friendly. Would really help if you linked with google maps.
The whole point of an app is to make ordering food easier and more accessible. It took me double the amount of time to order on the app rather than if i had just called. First of all the app interface is ANCIENT, its unbelievably slow, inaccessible and not user friendly at all. Literally looks and works like an app from 2011, we’re approaching 2020 people. Furthermore, the fact that the only choice i have to insert my location is a map that looks like its been made on windows paint is truly sad, although would have been completely tolerable if it actually was functional! When i choose my house a whole other street pops on as my address and i cant even change it. So im forced to write my actual address in the comments section where most probably the driver wont even read and will go to the wrong location anyway. Finally there is no complaints/review section on the app except a link that tells you to call their hotline, the last thing i would like after a horrible experience is to be put on hold just to talk to an employee that will brush off my every comment. Its embarrassing that McDonalds, a billion dollar corporation, has such an application. Just use Uber eats, Zomato, talabat or any other /functional/ appz
From a large and amazing corporation such as McDonalds, honestly I encounter many difficulties while using this app. My order will always time out and I have to order two to three times for it to work. The drivers and staff are very good at delivering on time, but the interface is just terrible. Many times its taken my credit card info and doesn’t place the order even after the credit card confirmation. Compared to the better app that is not supported in UAE this is just a great disappointment. I hope that they will switch UAE to the other McDonalds app, I’m a huge fan of this company and I hope they can improve in this apps usability and interface.
First of all, why do we need to register/log-in to order food that we will pay for it. Secondly, even-though, I could not register because the password does not conform with the rules, while there is only one single which is 8-13 characters. I tried numbers with capital with special characters .. all possibilities failed. I am hungry and will not wast my time in such app
Alot of people have complains about this app but for me its amazing and so fast it never lags and im shocked about how fast the delivery guy is i dont know why people qre complaining this app is really fast and straight to the point and never lagged with me !
