It’s highly disappointing as these days are more of online shopping!! But your offline store is thousand times better when it comes to customer satisfaction. You guys are nowhere when it comes to online shopping apps like Myntra n Jabong!!! Had a pathetic experience while ordering my first online order with you guys!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I wish i had the option to give negative stars or eggs and rotten tomatoes instead of stars. Their app is so poor and so is their service. Firstly they dont have online return request option you have to call the customer care to request return. Secondly they take ages to give you refund for returned orders. When you order something they'll flood your mail bax with dozens of mails but when you return the order they won't send a single mail regarding confirmation of the return or anything. It has been 15 days since pickup was done and I am still waiting for the refund of my order. Moreover when you call their customer care number they will put your call on hold for 1hour and they never ever call back no matter how many times you request a call back. Never ever install this app or shop from this app. Worst shopping experience ever.

I placed an order for a denim jacket. Immediately money was deducted from my account, but I didn’t receive any order confirmation. When I called up customer care they were useless in clarifying my order status. However I waited for 5 hours for my order to get confirmed. But to their incapability and mismanagement my order didn’t get placed. N then they tell me they will take 7 long days to refund my money!! To my utter disappointment the product got out of stock n i was left stranded with my money deducted. The customer care is expert in talking all nonsense n repeating all their stupid policies again n again like some parrot. Pathetic experience!! Pathetic Max stores !!! I am never going to buy anything from Max n suggest all of you the same.

I had to cancel my order before it was dispatched ( not dispatched for two days). The customer care told me they can’t cancel the order.i need to go to the store pick it up and then raise a return request. Pls note order had not yet been sent. Anyway after long discussion I decided to do just that. Went to the store and tried to cancel it. They said first collect then go to the enterance get a slip and then come here and return then after 21 days my money will be refunded back😒.. it took more than half hour for the guy to TRY to process the out which didn’t happen eventually and the goods are in max shop anyway with status unchanged

Its been 8 days that i have placed a order but their is response whereas at the time if confirming the order yhe delivery time was 5-6 business days. I even wrote to the company in the help section and also tried to contact them twice but the lines came bussy as the customer service was not available. The working of the company us highly unprofessional and their is no fun of using their app because it has no extra benefits for the customer. Its better to buy from the store itself. I would recommend other customer not to buy from this app as the waiting time is infinite.
