The app has a very user friendly interface. This make online ordering a kind of a breeze. Shows all the available offers & discount for a wide product range. The only problem with Home Centre & Lifestyle app is that they just can run in the background even for a minute. As soon as you switch to any other application the app goes back to the home screen. In other words when you switch back to it, you will see the Home screen & not the same page where you were previously there. Kindly fix this bug for both Home Centre & Lifestyle app, as it’s there from quite some time & still not looked.

Hi all, I have ordered through home centre app. I ordered four items and out of that two was class items. Also I got the product delivered very late only. Inspite of that, I opened the parcel and I was shocked to see the condition of the glass items. Both where broken very badly. Immediately I called to customer care service for the refund. In the first call they spoke politely and told that my money will be refunded. I waited for a week and called them back and asked about the return request and at that time they said they wil send a person for pickup and later they will review the product and then will refund my money. I shouted at them and they finally promised me for the refund within a week. After two days a guy came and asked for the parcel and as soon as he saw the parcel he told me that I came by bike and can’t pick any glass items so he told another person will come and collect. Later one week passed and till now no one came to collect and I didn’t receive the refund also. Past two days I called them more than five times and they are saying the same story that they wil send a person for pickup. Very irritating guys.. Please don’t order any glass item from this website. Waste of money.. worst customer service.. I’m really frustrated calling them again and again.. fraud people.. cheating like this. Beware of Home centre..

There are multiple issues that I have faced with home centre. 1. I ordered 15items worth around 8k and out of that 5item were missing. I received all the packages in proper packed condition but those 5 items were not there in those packages. After complaining in customer care, there was no update and when I call them up, they are just asking me to wait. It’s been more than 10day from the day of complaining. Still I have not received any solution from the customer support team. Most worthless customer care support as they don’t have any information. 2. Another two orders were shipped via BlueDart, without even attempting a delivery or a call, they returned my products. I am at home and my phone is switched ON 24/7. The reason they mentioned is after trying multiple attempts delivery they have returned the product. I have even paid for delivery charge for those items, but did not receive them. I wrote to customer care and response from them as well.

I have been a loyal lifestyle and homestore customer for more than a decade and this app is really poor quality. The customer service is even more pathetic. The first instance, the app timed out before I even completed the UPI payment twice. I called and gave feedback to improve the app. Next I placed a huge order for a dining table and a bed. The app shows order placed and processing and I get a call saying it has not been accepted and processed at the warehouse and the order will be cancelled. This is after 2 days of placing the order. I have not seen any backend taking so long to process and giving the order status cancellation update after 2 days. Plus the Customer service rep says he can't reorder it from backend while my items are still in stock. Refund will processed after 48 hours by which time it will go out of stock most likely. He refused to transfer me to the warehouse or escalate it further. This is really pathetic and has made my online shopping experience with lifestyle and homestore a total nightmare! I just hope some Senior executive is shown this feedback and they can take some measures to prevent losing loyal customers and drill some sense into the customer service department.

1. They first send me an exciting offer as a message. (A learning from this is to buy when the price drops to 40% of MRP 😊) 2. When I tried to place an order both card and net banking payment did not work. For netbanking it came back to payment page over and over again. For card, it said you have come to a wrong page. 3. Since the customer care was closed by the time I was placing the order I called them next day. And a blanket statement comes from Customer Care that our site does not have any problem 😊. I asked her to transfer me to her supervisor, she disconnected. So for me, HomeCenter and Lifestyle has become a Big NO.
