Very easy to use and see amount owing vs time left to pay since you can view your interest free term and owing amount like the data you have left to use on your phone per month. Also, when making a payment, you will see which methods incur an extra fee. Just be careful as the fee free ones usually take longer to transfer, so don’t use them with 3-4 days or less till due otherwise you may be charged a late fee.

I like the app. Not much not to like. I would like though to see each transaction being able to by me marked as verified by. My card gets used all over the world. Sometimes travelling sometimes shopping. The reason being is I just bought some concert tickets overseas and would have liked to go straight in to the app and marked them off as verified, stopping the automated calls from fraud prevention. Another thing is my auto-deductions monthly we’re stopped by fraud prevention after another dodgy charge I didn’t approve was made. I would think that the same charge, the same day every month wouldn’t be flagged as suspicious. Other than these issues the app is great.

The first issue was when I went to make a payment and I accidentally hit the ‘Pay To Clear Balance’ button. There is no confirmation once you select it, it’s goes straight through and it is right next to the ‘Pay Other Amount’ button, very easy to accidentally hit it. I did contact the company about the issue but they couldn’t help me, very disappointing. The second issue is waiting 5 days to make another transaction, I’ve been waiting 10 days and I still can’t make a payment. This app makes it very difficult to make payments. I originally tried direct debt, but you only take monthly payments instead of weekly ones, again making it difficult to pay off your loan.

Mostly good. I have had trouble doing a bank transfer at the last minute in the past, and I don’t think it allows you to use every other payment option, or they take too long when you’re close to the due date. I pay my card off in large sums every few months and have missed the small minimum payment in the past. A notification a few days before that minimum payment is due would be helpful!

Overall, this is a pretty good start for an app, with a well-designed interface. Couple of key features I would like to see: - Ability to notify of overseas travel (something similar to Commonwealth Bank would be nice. Saves a time-consuming phone call for both of us) - Visibility of existing direct debits that have been set up on your account (seems odd that you can set up a new direct debit but can’t see the existing, stabilised one) - Standardisation of password requirements with 28 Degrees (requiring a different password to access the same account information is a poor choice. Ditch the symbol requirement) - Request a new card (again, similar to Commonwealth Bank would be nice. Again, saves a time-consuming phone call for both of us when a card breaks - just a click of a button would be ace :-) )
