The items in the wishlist inside the app needs to be clickable to take you back to the product details page. Also the “Share > Copy” button on the product page only copies the product “specifications” without the link to the item. Other than that it’s a good app, if you fix these 2 bugs then I’ll upgrade my star ratings.

Jarrir is one the best retail store for electronics and books in saudi arabia, their show rooms are world class and most the staff is cooperative and helpful. But app is not good as it could be, apart of features, it has a lot of problems technically i.e crashing, slowness, showroom timing will never appear, you add stuff and its gone due to crash. My confidence level of doing order online is not good due experience it is providing. I hope jarrir will understand that tomorrow is digital not conventional buying like they started with. I sincerely hope there next release will improve overall customer experience. Best of luck.

I downloaded the app years ago and it was a hot mess ... I deleted it after. I just downloded it again and see what are the improvements they have made and so far so good. I'm recommending this app to those who wants to check Jarir promotions from time to time ... its been a great help searching Jarir products , showroom locations , availabilities of items , exclusive online promotion , online purchase that will be delivered right in front of your door.

Besides how good and organized is the store, you have a bad UI, non-user friendly application! Slow response time! No specifications on many items! And the most important thing, the SEARCH BAR, is simple not working as intended! It is not smart! It takes the search by letters or words:) I think u should work on it! Me as a student I’ve designed better apps, no offense. But you really should work on your website, especially these days! I guarantee u that it’ll make a difference! I’m glad to help if needed.

So I am trying to type my book name but the minute I write wings it leaves the app completely and brings me back to the launch when you first enter the app and can you guys please fix that it gets really annoying also your catalogues 8 flyers tab takes me to your jarir store locations while your Jarir stores take me to your catalogues 8 flyers can you please fix your app! Btw this was made during covid-19 pandemic so no I can’t really just go to the store and buy the book itself
