I thought brilliant. I haven’t been able to was my car for over a month. I can do it without having to wind down the window. I paid for a wash - went to the car wash - my wallet had disappeared - I had checked it before I left home. I then had to wind the window down and explain. He then got his boss who had to take my phone and check it and add a free was to it. I now feel that all my isolating is compromised. Useless. The staff need to be trained properly and the app needs to work properly. I will use a bucket and sponge in future.

Despite having an email receipt the app won’t show anything in my wallet. Phoned the contact number just before 5pm, of course it’s closed and the manager on site has gone home. I ask who is in charge. Christian tells me he is, but unless I pay again I won’t get my car washed. Then - I quote he tells me it’s not his app, it’s not his problem and he’s not having his company pay to wash my car.

Downloaded the app at the car wash, purchased a wash & joined the cue to get my car washed. Got to the attendant who said I have to pay again because it hadn’t worked and it had nothing to do with him. So we nearly had a fight, I refused to move my car and held up the rest of the customers. Customer service don’t answer calls or reply to emails. Looking at other reviews it seems it’s a common issue, avoid!!

So my app won’t allow me to change the reg on the app, Claire Tennick has sent me an email telling me it will get changed hasn’t changed on my app yet. Despite showing the bloke in the car wash the email still refused to let me through without paying! Cancelling my subscription as of now no point in paying £15 a month for something I can’t use! #RIPOFF!!!!! Stay away from Sittingbourne IMO!!!

During lockdown my monthly payments ceased. However IMO have started taking money from my account again but nothing is showing in My Wallet so I can't use the car wash for which I have paid? They don't reply to emails or phone messages so just take care!
