Dear Richard, Many thanks for your valued feedback, we are in our very early stages of product release and improvement based upon user feedback. As well as launching a new Free offering into a marketplace that has some dominant players. However our platform is the only offering, allowing a homeowner to self list their homes as on or off market, and this sets us apart. An off market listing is for those of us who need to sell their home before they can buy the next one, basically most people, rather than finding a property on a portal and falling in love and trying to list your home and sell it to tie up a chain, Houso allows you the opportunity to get pre market exposure for your property, allowing would be buyers to register interest and build up a waiting list of interested parties, meaning you are in a far more proceedable position when you do find the next dream home.   The app is fully available to be used by traditional independent agents, and the technology and information within the app that you would have not seen is not available on anything else in the market place. As a self funded venture, with no external finance our user base has grown to in excess of 20,000 users, your comments regarding price slider are very valid, and we can look to improve this element of the search, similarly with the selection of property type. We are a new business that is looking to improve the home buying process and it will take time to establish our selves as a viable alternative. But with support and feedback from people like yourselves we can improve and grow.   Sticking to the usual housing apps is not a solution to the problem, the problem is that there isn't sufficient stock coming to the market on these platforms. Furthermore whilst the stock on Houso is currently small, it might give access to properties that are not listed anywhere else, but I do appreciate that this will take time. Please do bear with us, as we can fix all of the issues you have raised, if by chance you get notified of this response please search in Salisbury, this is our launch city and we have over 200 properties listed - Not much use to you if you don't want to live in Salisbury, however it will demonstrate the app at its fullest and you can see that with the support of the public we can make this into something very helpful indeed.
