I am pleased with how the bikes work and that they are easy to operate. However, the app itself is very buggy, sometimes telling me that my account couldn’t be retrieved and closing out of the app, to which I have to redownload the app. I am on the LSU campus using the Baton Rouge gotcha location, and oftentimes after scanning the bikes they will give an error saying I cannot use the bike, or the bike is already in use even though it is locked... this might be because of the people who are having trouble ending their rides after locking the bike. I’m also now receiving error messages stating I have an unpaid order. I contacted the gotcha support and the customer service is very nice but even after they told me my issue has been fixed the same error keeps appearing. Hopefully these problems will be fixed in the near future, because I’d love to use the service.

Everything was great while I was riding, but when I parked and tried to end the ride the App kept crashing and wouldn’t let me end the ride. I continued to get charged for the ride and the app still won’t let me end it. I contacted support and they refunded me but I still can’t use the app.

The app need to be optimized and buggs between the bike and your phone should be resolved. Luckily there’s a good customer support system. Had a few of 93 dollars because I couldn’t end the ride, but customer service fixed it pretty quickly. If this app gets better, can’t recommenced it more if it’s in your area.

Terrible app. I tried man, I really did. I bought a month, used it, and found the bugs to be a problem. My latest one, the map no longer shows you where it is safe to park to avoid fees, the rule of thumb is their racks, sure, but it always extends past that, and there are places that don’t have racks yet. If the app continues to elude you, don’t these bikes have nfc scanners? I wouldn’t mind a tag or card in my wallet that charges an account when I use it on a bike

I have spent over 30 minutes trying to get this app to work with no success. After I scan the scooter and select “start ride” it just sits there for 2 minutes and nothing happens. Tried resetting the app, turning Bluetooth on and off, different scooters, and still nothing. I wish MSU would have stuck to Lime because at least their service works.
