Gold's Gym

I have had this app since becoming a Gold's member and haven't had really any issues. The new update, though, changed my expectations ENTIRELY for what a gym app could be. I can see my schedule for the classes I book in one convenient spot!!! I visit several gyms in my area and it was more difficult having to switch locations in the "find classes" button each time. Now, I just hit the schedule button and they're all there! I'm not a naturally organized person, so this is just the kind of help I need to make my weekly plan flow smoothly. Thank you so much!

Been using the up for about 3 weeks when I signed up for a 12 week challenge. I like the ability to log the workouts would be even better if it grabbed that directly from my Apple Watch. My wife also has the app and she can click to look up classes on the ‘look up classes’ button yet when I do that it takes me to the signin website and gives me the option to download the app, which is where I was at to begin with. In order for me to see and signup for classes I have to go to manage membership then can only look at Burn classes available to sign up.

The app looks outdated, it takes a few minutes for it to look up classes schedule, the photo of the people on the home menu looks like they’ve been ripped from a stock image website, and something that seems insanely stupid to me is the fact that THERE’S NO APP FOR APPLE WATCH!!! I can use the app on my IPad, but NOT an Apple Watch. There should have something for the protein bar, something a kin to to Starbucks app, if not to preorder maybe to find their favorite drinks. It also could benefit from having a dark mode.

What is the problem with your apps? I tried multiple times to sign in, doesn’t recognize me or logins, even though it used to be just fine. So I reset the password twice, thinking that was the problem. Deleted it, added it back. Can sign in online, but not the app. Extremely frustrating. I’ve paid a lot of money for not just the membership, but the training sessions too. With the closing down of the gyms, I really need to consistently work my back to keep it from going out again. The failure of both apps is disheartening and very discouraging.

First issue: Created an account using the app, but can’t sign in the manage membership section, while using the app. However, I have no problem signing into manage membership section on website. Second issue: App or website will not recognize my barcode number. Therefore, I can’t complete my registration on the app or website. To go a step further I’m having the same issue using the Gold’s AMP app. Bottom line: If, you pay for gym membership, you should be able to take full advantage of what they have to offer.
