Like others said, I tried to login to my app and use my old MVP card I have had for 15 years and it would not work. I created a new one with a new email address in order to shop...it worked. I have my Instacart working to where I can place orders for pickup. Although my wallet shows the $17 I earned last month, I cannot use it when placing a pickup order. I go into the store...twice...one time they tell me it deducted the $17-they see it-but I later find out it didn’t. It’s still in my wallet on the app and I paid full price. So I went back for trip #2 the next week. They tell me that nothing shows in my wallet. It still shows in my wallet on my end. So I have it but can’t use it??? That’s what I call a scam.

I placed a on line order with my local Food Lion on a Saturday for pick up on Monday between 10 - 11. I never heard from them, on Monday went there. I ask so the lady at check out said most don’t come in, I told her I hadn’t heard from them. A lady came to help and said they just got my order (that I places on Saturday), I ask them to cancel as it is two days later, she said they couldn’t as they were working on my order. She left and rerun with items that she started putting in my basket and the one item she put on the bottt, I told her that was not mine, she gave me a nasty lool, she then ask my name. She then said that was not my order and said they canceled my order. No idea why my order was canceled. That was my experience with Food Lion on Nickerson, I hope others have a better shopping experience than me.

According to my account, we spent 10$ on pet food, and were supposed to get a 2$ coupon. I went to Food Lion using the same card, and nothing came up at the register or on the kiosk machine. It is shown on my wallet that I have earned 2$ to spend. It didn’t come out as a coupon today when I went shopping either. Why have this app if it doesn’t work, and you can’t redeem your rewards. Seems like a rip off to me or the software isn’t updated right away. I shouldn’t have to prove my rewards by pulling out my cell phone to get the information...it should be loaded onto my savings card.

My phone is up to date. I have tried twice to use this app, after waiting for new releases. The first time a problem occurred during sign up verification. After waiting some time, same story the second time - a notice that if the problem persists to call customer service. Funny thing, when one calls that line, you don’t actually get to speak to anyone who supports the app. But if you are an employee with a payroll issue or are interested in fundraising or delivery then you will all the assistance you need. So much for this one. It’s a shame because I do enjoy shopping at Food Lion and use digital coupons. And all of the mailers your company is sending asking people to sign up for an app that seems to not work for the majority of users seems like a huge waste of time and money.

This app the most user un-friendly grocery app to date. Stock levels cannot be checked, purchases and/or returns cannot be initiated through the app, and too many options/features are confusing to use (try using that Shopping List or adding an item to a list that you cannot view later) and the flow/layout is poor. This app needs to be completely rebuilt. Furthermore, the latest version gives me a stuck notification badge. I’ve gone through every link/option in the app and nothing clears this badge. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app - the badge remains. I don’t want to completely disable notifications for this app in case I receive a Shop & Earn award.
