Funny that when you click “app support” in the App Store, it takes you to their website homepage, which is now a better option than this app. Before the last iOS update, the app was at least useful, only crashing on launch once before working properly on the second launch (every single time). Now it crashes on multiple launch attempts, and when it finally launches, many of the pages don’t update to the latest numbers. Florida Lottery, this app is your billboard on every iPhone. Get it up to date before people delete it.

When you add a new game you need to have the app updated to display the winning numbers for that game when the game starts. ——————————————————————— A few improvements would make this app a lot better. a. Have a way to contact the app developer for suggestions or bugs. This way it would keep me from writing a review in order to get my suggestions/issues heard. b. I know the state of New Jersey switched over to the same lottery system as Florida many years later but they already have a scanner on their app and it works great. So I can’t see why Florida couldn’t make that change. c. In the scratch off section of the app you should be able to sort them games by dollar amount because it takes a long time to find the game your looking for. d. This has nothing to do with the app but the agents shouldn’t be selling scratch off games when there are any and big prizes left. That’s misleading.

The app is absolutely terrible it doesn’t load half the time or get stuck frozen, there’s no good functionality to this app you can find everything you need to know on google way better. This app needs a major update and added support for scanning and checking tickets and support for newer phones like the X because this just looks sad on my phone.

Lucky Money ended and Jackpot began around the end of January. It is now June and it is still not possible to check Jackpot results on this app. Seems like you ought to be making enough money to hire an army of programmers, let alone the one that should be able to update this app. Very curious. What could possibly be the problem? Whatever it is, it’s costing you a star?

The App is Ok but it needs a ticket scanner. Almost all the other states have it. With the amount of money that the Florida lottery brings in one would think that they would up date their technology. I guess they anticipate that more folks would cash in their tickets if they made it more convenient. 🤷🏾‍♂️
