Easy Mood Diary

It's easy and simple to use,people with ADHD definitly would benifit,especially if your writing mood diaries!!!could do with an alarm at certain times so it reminds you to keep you writing every day,sometimes I miss a few days

I didn’t think things like this was on the App Store my boy told me. I was in a bad mood I haven’t had any sleep the past 4 nights I am so stiff I am so anxiously thinking about everything. I did the truth I I am thinking positive. I am going to beet this horrible illness thankfully for the app

I love the dual/pendulum interface - sort of ties in figuratively with everything I’m trying to do ( record the “swings” and generally try to avoid the extremes and find balance in my moods.). Excellent for a daily summary (not so much for multiple use in the day).

I’ve always avoided these things despite medical advice but once you start using and look at the results they do help. This app is so simple to use and understand the professionals should be recommending it.
