The app it’s self is really good and never had any issues with withdrawals as I have on other sites, I just can’t believe how many texts you get with new bonuses and free spins when you deposit X amount. Normally you can text STOP but you have to ring customer services with these and it’s just too much of a chew on waiting in the queue to be asked a thousand security questions just to stop the texts. I still rather get texts than emails every day though at least you can read them and get rid of the notification straight away!

Games are ok. Not a top quality site with loads of games. It is what it is....fun. My only complaint with this site is getting your funds back when you win. Takes far too long even when withdrawing back to PayPal takes up to 7 days and that’s so wrong. Restrictions on withdrawing is so wrong as well. £76 pounds limit but hey no limit on the amount you get deposit tho. 🤔🤔🤔 weird that eh? Deposit as much off you as you want to deposit but restriction on withdrawing???. 🤔🤔🤔 developers have contacted me as you can see below and in fairness to them on the day I made this review about five hours later they did pay me out my winnings. As for there explanation about bonuses they might be right however mine was not a bonus and Was in fact my own money so they are wrong on this occasion. Will I still play on there site even tho there are better sites out there?? Course I will it’s fun. 👍 games need updating tho.

Not get helpful at customer services, I joined this site & deposited there are great sign up bonuses, however I referred my friend through the link provided I was supposed to receive a £5 bonus & 50% first deposit match which I never did! When speaking to customer services they said that I never referred a friend when I blatantly did that’s how my friend joined up, he received a txt from them saying I had referred him! After arguing it it was kicked out of live chat saying they couldn’t help me anymore, find them a little unprofessional & rude! Just to advise don’t referee a friend because you won’t get the bonus your promised there full of lies!

Won a fair bit of cash off this app. First withdrawal is a bit of a pain as had to send in documents however once my account was verified took less than 24 hours to hit my bank account. Definitely going to keep using the app. Crowns is my favourite so far. Just needs some more slot games.
