Not had a problem with this app. Win some and lose some - as you would expect. I wish you the withdrawals were taken away quicker. I know they want you to reverse the withdrawal and spend it again but I think they should let you dictate which withdrawals you don’t want to be reversed. Other than that - all ok

Fare enough in gambling you lose I understand that but the rate you lose on here to what you win off the bonuses when they do eventually come in are discussing. I’ve played almost every casino online and without a doubt this is the worst 1 you just cant win and same goes for there shops to William hill are way behind all the high street betting shops and same goes for online not a good place to risk you money. Hence why they are never or will never be the leading casino you need to pay sometimes.

If you’re ever spinning and mid-spin you get a loading circle come up in the middle of your screen whilst the spin is still in motion, they’re robbing you of a win. Happens to me all the time. What happens is instead of getting five of a kind, the last two reels will drop down so you end up with only three matching symbols. When I’m spinning I don’t like to think my spins are being tampered with, but they are.....Thievery. Robbery. A massive con if you ask me. Spend nearly £200 quid spinning the past 24 hours and do you know what I’ve won? Nothing. Jack diddly squat. Not a bean.

I have tried many online casinos but this one it’s one that I wouldn’t recommend. The games kept crashing and the live games even worst. It wouldn’t recognise my bet when the numbers I had money in were winners, can you imagine how annoying that can be. The slots I never experienced after playing quiet a lot of money have not win anything. If you’re reading this you might think it happened only once for me it’s been more that 1 day just losing. Now it can be just my luck in this app hope you have more.

For some reason, the WH casino, games and Vegas sounds stopped working. On all of those 3 iPhone apps, the volume doesn’t work, I’ve tried with many games with the same results and is been like that for 10 days or so now so I’m disappointed cause I win mostly when playing on the iPhone instead than on my laptop and I know is not my phone problem. Other bookmakers sounds still works the problem is only with the WH apps.
