On a number of occasions the app automatically logged me out resulting in losing my turn in the airport queue meaning a 2/3 hours lost waiting. The company claims that only one is dispatched to one driver at a time but on several occasions the i was unable to accept requests with the app return an error message saying job accepted by another driver. The company runs driver promotions like daily and weekly bonuses, however every time I’m close to achieving the bonus target, something goes wrong with the app meaning I’m unable to receive requests to meet my targets. I have complained directly to the company on many occasions, while they have accepted the errors are caused by the app, on all ocassions they refused to take responsibility and pay any sort of compensation meaning my hourly rate is around $7.80 which does not meet the Australian minimum wage standard. I did not want to make this public complaint but forced to do so in the hope of getting some attentions by their management.

I completed 10 trips about a month ago but still waiting for my deserved earnings. I complained about this issue to didi customer service for hundreds of times but never get right response. With these unpaid trips, I frequently get less toll amount which is charged to my account. I have all detailed records and evidences of those unpaid trips and have provided to didi supervisors and managers and they find those trips also on their end but never paid that amount to my account. I am working to make honest money not for free. I also drive with other ride sharing companies in Melbourne but never had such bad experience with them since last four years. Very bad payment service of didi. Zero star. 👎

Didi need to have look at their cleaning fee policy, if someone vomit in your car in the mid night you just cannot leave to there to dry and wait for next day to goto cleaner to clean it, because they need receipt from cleaner. Thats worse idea ever, even if it happens during day it takes too long to find a cleaner and get it cleaned, better option is you just sign out of the rideshare app and go home and clean it yourself thats the fastest way to do it, and driver can keep the cleaning fee money to himself as compensation, uber pays $150 straight away after confirming the photos. Please didi update your cleaning fee policy.

I am a DIDi driver almost 6months , I do other rideshare app. Too , but honestly am wondering about complaints here , I never missed even once payment .. not even single dollar.. the only thing is not too busy .. I wish if i could have more requests..am a very happy driver with DiDi seriously..but you guys need to make an option to receive a request while you driving or enroute.. this is a big issue please thank you

I quite like the app, it has bit of ups and downs occasionally but over all I like the strategy behind the business idea & app reflects that Idea, it still need to go through lots of improvements and Additions re the reporting system regarding the riders issues, like to see more option in reporting.
