You need this app in order to book many sessions but unfortunately there are so many glitches with it. It took me 30 minutes to try to book a swimming session. A few examples: my homepage shows a totally random selection of centres, none of which I’ve ever visited and not including the one where I am a registered member. When booking as a member it still says ‘pay by card’ even though the sessions are free for me. It seems to prioritise non-members: my friends and I were trying to book the same swimming slots and they managed fine (all non-members) but myself and another member received a message saying we had to wait another day until we could book. Also random glitches like the keyboard disappearing meaning you can’t type to enter log in details. Basically a very poorly designed app but not totally surprising given the UX on their website is bad too.

It’s a lazy app it shows the classes on your preview of the app; but my experience is you are then just given the mobile login page and u have to search for centre then class. What would be handy if all classes had their teachers up to date is if you liked a class you could search by teacher. Well as long as it wasn’t that les mills rubbish that better uses too much as it’s cheap and can cut costs.

This version seems to actually work. Only just downloaded because whatever was going on before wasn’t working. Love that I can easily choose between the centres I most use now. Haven’t made a booking using it yet so I’ll see how easy that process is. Normally after you added something to the basket you’d have to go right back to the beginning which was really annoying!

When the App starts you are presented with a list of centres. Just navigate to yours, click on “explore virtual classes” and log in. Despite the recent negative App store reviews it all worked fine for me. There’s a large selection of classes and the one I tried was really good. Thank you Better.

Much improved over the previous version. However, can you make it so a membership card can be stored in Apple Wallet? I like to just take my watch to the gym but without my membership card would currently need to take my phone as well.
