When it works. It’s great but that only be once a week. It crashes BIG time. Don’t bother trying to watch a full season of any show as you may only get two episodes before it goes down. Now something new it is causing, if freezes your phone and the only way to get your phone back is to turn it totally off and even then it doesn’t help the app from freezing. The designers should be very very ashamed of themselves or perhaps channel 9 should stop using school kids to design their apps and pay a professional to fix all the issues. Update, quiet day today at work so I thought I would see how many times it would take for the app to work. 52 TIMES. Network Nine, you should be ashamed. Oh and this is ‘after’ they fixed the bugs. A insecticide can will take care of those ‘bugs’, why not work out what the real bugs are doing in this app. Third update, have just pulled all my advertising from Network Nine. This app is just ridiculous and not even working which is a shame for nine as this is my target audience, people who use the Nine Now app. I have been testing it for 2 weeks. 90% fail / 10% working and this is across 20 people using different mediums.

I’ve persevered with this app for a while now with its technical issues but it’s hit a new low - last night I was TRYING to watch a recent episode of The Block via AirPlay to my Apple TV and every few mins it would just stop playing and disconnect from the Apple TV. I’m used to this constantly happening now so I have my phone open all the time on the app ready to reconnect and restart the program I’m watching, but last night it actually kept going back to the start of the show and then I’d have to remember where I was up to (!!!) and fast forward back to that point, over and over again. An 80 minute program took almost 2 and a half hours to watch!! I’m so sick of it. I thought it was frustrating before but this is beyond ridiculous. I know it’s not my iPhone X or my Apple TV or my network as my other streaming apps (like Hayu) don’t ever do this. I wouldn’t even bother with 9Now if it wasn’t for not having a TV aerial in my bedroom and not being available to watch the programs live when they originally air. I’d watch it a lot more often if it didn’t have such horrendous technical issues.

Overall this app is really quite good, I enjoy watching all me favourite shows. But there is one thing I think that needs improvement and I know it might be hard to fix, but the amount of adds in each episode is a little exaggerated. There needs to be lease adds. I would totally understand if there was one add between each little “scene” but instead there are between 3-5 adds per add break. And it is just annoying me. It would be preferred if the was one add at the start and 3 add “sections” within one episode. However it is super easy to use and you can find seasons and episode very easily. I would recommend to my friends. I do watch the app on my apple ipad and have had a good experience! Although some of the TV series have an expiry date, it is quite hard to finish I series without it expiring. However the app is very good and I would continue using it for as long as I can. Just plz work on this add situation it is making it just to annoying! Apart from that I LOVE THIS APP 💖💘

The amount of times I have had to login just to watch a show is insane! Then once you manage to login, it asks you to update your profile information before continuing. However, I have updated and saved it 20 times and it still says that I need to update my information otherwise I cannot watch the shows. This is ridiculous coming from a FREE to air channel. What’s the point of having a catch-up app if no one can even use it? This is just classic Channel 9 all over again. Even on TV they can’t seem to get it right. I’ve stopped watching some of my shows because for years now Channel 9 would air 1 episode and then you would have to wait weeks for the next episode. Sometimes they would advertise that they were going to be airing an episode only to tune in and realise it was a repeat from a previous season despite them being behind on airing the current season and the U.S.A being close to the end of the season. Either get it right Channel 9 or you are going to lose a lot of viewers. To be honest I am surprised the channel still has viewers.

how can I get to the menu easily? Whenever I install the app on another device or whatever I want to do I then end up having to scroll around until I can find a menu now this is not easy with voice-over as I am totally blind, but that's not the only issue, it's very unresponsive with voice-over for example when you are scrolling it doesn't go quickly through what you want, it lags behind just like an old person and I'm sorry to be awful towards old people but you get what I mean! i'm doing the best I can to locate the menu so I can sign in but for some reason you are making this more difficult than it needed to be, go back to 2015 when I was able to create my account and get easily to the things I wanted it was so much better then, now it's impossible! Fix it or I'll fix you! I have emailed you about this problem and you have refused to answer me! Is this how you treat your viewers? Fix it now! Thanks
