YuJa Mobile

If I could give this app a zero I seriously would! Let alone a zero for this entire company! I downloaded the app to listen to lectures as they switched us from tegrity to YuJa. The app will not play on my phone or iPad. It constantly loads but nothing plays. When it finally plays it freezes and then continues with no sound. If I pause it and press play I lose sound. I also have the same issue on chrome when I log in through my school website where I have to sign out multiple times for the lecture to even pop up. It took me over 45 mins to get 14 mins into the lecture because it freezes or stops playing! Worst app or online resource for lecture I have ever encountered! I rather go back to tegrity then use this crap!

Terrible app. Terrible support. You know an app is bad when there isn’t a way to contact support within the app. The app will not load videos. The only way to watch the lectures in on Safari. YuJa will not load on Chrome at all. The app will stall every time you try play a video. If and when I can get the videos to load and play, if I pause or attempt to look at information on another screen, I am forced to reload the entire program and restart the video. This is complete useless and adds hours on to my studying. I could go on, but I have to try and get back to work. Heaven knows its going to take 3 hours to get through each one hour lecture due to all the problems with this app and program

At first, I thought it was bad enough that YuJa videos don’t load on my iPad. Then I discovered this app, which is YuJa’s official means of letting each of their customers know that they aren’t wanted. The videos in my class don’t even appear on the YuJa app! I can’t see them or hear them — they’re like the spirits of the departed. I know they’re there, watching me, but I can’t see them! Why won’t you play, YuJa videos?

Would give it no stars if possible. I was switched from Tegrity by my university and the Yuja app has been a total downgrade. You cannot change the playback speed. Videos have no sound. Most of the time the video is stuck in this endless loop of loading and won’t even play. There is no point in even having this app, I just use the browser at this point.

This app is terrible. My university uses it and it crashes constantly. Rarely actually lets me load a video, and if I’m lucky enough to get that, then the sound doesn’t work. BUT wait...don’t worry cause 5 minutes later the video will crash and you’ll get to start the process all over again. FIX YOUR APP because this is pathetic...
