I stated the app change before I looked at these reviews so when I read that it doesn’t work I was worried but it worked just fine. It asked me to make a Wiz account but it had a skip option which I chose (why would I make an account for a lightbulb company anyway?) and it workers just fine. Can change colors set schedule it even kept the my room settings. It looks the same. I noticed no difference whatsoever.

A lot of people complaining about the change they made but honestly it probably has to do with the phones y’all each have this app is working just fine for me. y’all should probably not just blame this company and the app but look at the phones you use. If it isn’t the phone then yes it’s valid to complain lol. y’all giving 1 stars because the crap is messed up when this just came out the app isn’t unfinished or bugged they just have to look at what’s causing the issue. give them time before complaining like children cause some of y’all sound like kids complaining.

I’ve been using Wiz for at least 6 months now and the app worked perfectly fine and had ZERO issues. I used to have a morning light alarm turn on to wake me up and now since the app updated I can’t even login to an account or create a new home.... the migrate of old data didn’t even work when tried three times, the app worked perfectly fine before but ever since it auto updated to this current one it made my app and lights useless because I can’t even control them..

Can’t migrate your info, can’t log into your account, and can’t create a home. What a joke. I don’t understand why this was launched before it was ready. Probably some higher up demanding it be out by a certain date even though it’s not ready.

I have been using the Wiz app for about 3 months, I really enjoy it! But this new app doesn’t seem necessary, and I think they could have just altered the old app a little! But I just installed the new app so I hope maybe the experience will be better or if I will still believe this new app is a waste of time!
