I've had this app for over a year and 40% of the time it can't access a barcode even when it has been updated and half of the time even when it's scanned I don't get my "points". I've earned over 3 free pretzels but can't prove it because the app doesn't keep track. The stands don't have physical cards anymore which is also frustrating that you are forced to use an app that doesn't work. Honestly I've just stopped going when the app is down.

Downloaded the app put in $15 dollars. Went to the store the cashier a lovely women scanned my barcode which automatically removed money from the $15 I put in but she still asked for my credit card so I gave it to her. So I got charged twice. I’ve been asking for a refund since February and they still haven’t received it. Since this incident I haven’t shopped here.

I just downloaded the app, created my account and received confirmation of the activation of my account. I attempted to log in and was told that my account did not exist. I reviewed the emails that were sent to my email and attempted to activate my account again. The message I received was that there was a problem with activation. I attempted to recreate my account and was told that this email account already exists. The app can’t seem to make up it mind, my account is either there or it isn’t...

I’ve loved to go to Wetzel’s Pretzels for years now, and now that I know that I can get rewards for it, I love going there even more. I don’t have any login problems, nor any rewards problems. Amazing app. My favorite feature is the fire pretzel button.

It seemed to work at first but now never works. I can’t login from my Facebook account. It gives an error every time. When I try to login with my email it says it’s linked to a Facebook account and I need to login with Facebook and then we are back to the first problem. I’ve gotten several promotional emails from them saying I have a reward in my account but I can’t ever access it because the app is so messed up.
