I have four law e books that I purchased and can access on the Bookshelf Online: Library. The app simply doesn’t allow me to access them so it’s pretty much useless. West has sent mass emails to users of their e products informing them about the app. That’s embarrassing considering the app doesn’t work and after not responding to an email I sent them long ago about the app.

Generally, the app is fine and I enjoy having it as a reading option, but it has recently started deleting my highlights, which is very frustrating and something for which I cannot find a solution. It also glitches while reading sometimes, and will pull me to another section without warning.

I can’t access any of my previously purchased ebooks, nor does the search function work when I try to find additional resources. Even the “Getting Started” default ebook on the app does not work — I keep receiving an error message that it is corrupted. Great idea, abysmal execution. Deleting this one, unfortunately.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I’m guessing user error. I’m almost through 2L year and I’ve been using the app effortlessly since the start. It’s great.

Good luck getting an entire audiobook to download, or for any part of them to stay downloaded. You basically have to redownload the book every time you want to listen to it, and you might luck out and get chapters that didn’t download the first 20x you downloaded the book.
