WaBa Rewards

It’s a greatly structured, but my only concern is in the app or website there are not macros for the items on the menu so you can’t really track macros unless you go to a website that’s states them which could or could not be accurate. What would make this app and the website even better is to add a nutritional facts to them aswell as a nutritional calculator for dieters or people who are curious in general. Also being able to choose between portion control for example being able to have less rice or more, or extra chicken or less chicken something like that would be great.

This is really cool and it’s about time this finally happened. Some locations are not available for pickup but I understand this is a new feature and may come to all waba stores. So far I am excited for the points to earn food and drinks, I love waba after the gym for a easy quick bite. Now it will be easy to set a pickup and just walk in and get my food , please make the 2 for $10 deal available & 4 $20. If I would not get the same deal as in the store then I wouldn’t even bother using the app period.

My receipt had no barcode to scan or type in to get rewards and when I asked they said they couldn’t answer my question because they’re still in the process of learning how to do it too. Not really room to complain since it just came out so all the ppl mad about how it isn’t at their waba... give it time some of the restaurants are still setting it up :)

Finally my favorite restaurant has the ability to order online. Talked to the owner of the location I go to and he said this was a test but it’s launching week of March 11th and ALL locations will be on the app within a week or so keep checking back if you don’t see your location. He also said they are launching delivery later this month too. The menu is easy and you get rewards now. So excited!

I made an order from work and I clearly put for delivery and for some what reason it put as pick up. I tried canceling my order and it said to call the store to cancel my order. The the cashier said to do it on the app. This is my second time making an order on this app. The first time I made an order for delivery I had no problem. I don’t know what happened. I can’t pick up the food I just purchased. How can I cancel an order since I can’t pickup. Really disappointed and not gonna use this again.
