Today I had two visits, one with Dr. Samantha Danielson my pulmonary doctor, and one with Dr Heather Mohr my internal medicine doctor. The reason for these appointments was because of the Coronavirus and my age and health issues. Both appointments were great. We discussed my medicines, how I have been, and any problems I was having. I asked each doctor for a medicine that I rarely use but keep on hand and use as needed. We discussed lab work I need done because of my medicines. Dr Mohr will look into someone coming here to get lab work or when things are safe, me going to the lab for a work up.

So glad I could see and talk with my provider without leaving my home!! Thank you - great visit! Only issue I had - I ended up having to use my iPhone because I could not get the App to work on my MacBook or Dell computers. Could be ‘user error’ but Could be issues with certain OS systems or certain internet browsers. If so, I would suggest listing those or list system recommendations in the instructions.

I’m quite impressed with the system for e visits. I had to switch from in person today due to a family member getting sick and was concerned that it would be difficult. Very easy to set up, I didn’t wait long for my doctor and the appointment was great. Thank you for making this an option!

First experience using this app. This was a very convenient and easy way to be able to have a quick appointment with our doctor! I would definitely use it again. Although I do miss seeing our doctor in person.

This is such a convenient, quick and easy way to see a provider, get treated and not have to go into the clinics right now where they are so busy with Covid and other sick patients. The video was clear and the sound was too! This is a GREAT tool to use!
